公司创立于一九九二年，占地面积45000平方米，建筑面积9800平方米。引进国内外先进设备及生产工艺，设有先进的涂料，油墨，粘合剂生产线，生产能力达20000吨/年，汇聚一批具有丰富经验的专家、博士和涂料、油墨、粘合剂领域高端人才，从事特种涂料、塑料和纸张印刷油墨、液体硝化棉等产品的生产与销售。
公司研发的IP-691硅酸钾锂复合乳液及应用技术是2005年建设部全国建设行业科技推广项目，建设部节能省地型住宅和公共建筑推广应用技术。

military standards MIL-46163 and MIL-R-46082A including

Cyanoacrylate Adhesrlies, UV/Visible Adhesives,
